NorthWood School Director
Bill comes to NG3 with 10 years of service in Christian education at two different schools, Portsmouth Christian Academy in New Hampshire, and Heritage Christian Academy in Northfield, IL. Bill had various roles at both schools including high school guidance counselor, varsity basketball coach, and Advancement Director. He also has many years of volunteer experience in youth ministry and youth coaching. Bill earned his MS in Organizational Leadership and his BA in Psychology from New England College in Henniker, NH. Most recently Bill has been a volunteer NG3 Core Group leader for two different groups at Northwood HS, and is currently working with the baseball program. Bill is looking forward to expanding his responsibilities with NG3 at NWHS, and allowing the Lord to use his skills and experiences to continue to “Build and Develop” upon the foundation that is already established at Northwood. Bill and his family are originally from New Hampshire having lived there the majority of his life until 2011 when they moved to Indiana. He and his wife Sharon have been married for 26 years and have 4 children. Sharon is an adjunct professor at Grace College in Winona Lake, IN, and does in home care for Karing Hearts on a part time basis. Alec, 25 graduated from Taylor University in 2019, and will be getting married in October 2022. Matthew, 21 is a junior at Taylor University and competes on the baseball team. Alison, 19 is attending Indiana State University majoring in Behavioral Science concentrating in social work to pursue a career in counseling. Nate, 15 is a sophomore at Northwood HS and competes on the HS baseball team; he is a member of the NG3 Core Group Leadership Team for baseball. His family attends Living Gospel Church, and live in Nappanee, IN.
