The focus of NG3 is to develop character in high school students and provide opportunities for spiritual growth. Our commitment is to build relationships, invest time in the lives of these young people, and lead them to serve their communities in a positive way. Our staff work alongside coaches, teachers, and administrators to teach, mentor and guide students into becoming well-rounded men and women of character.

Hughes Hardship Grant
The Hughes Hardship Grant was established in memory of Jason Hughes, a beloved member of the NG3 family whose life was marked by a deep love for Jesus and a passion for serving others. In honor of his legacy, this fund provides financial assistance to individuals and families facing unexpected hardships such as medical emergencies, the loss of a loved one, family crises, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Every application is reviewed prayerfully and confidentially by the NG3 leadership team. While assistance is based on available resources and individual circumstances, our desire is to come alongside those in difficult seasons with the love of Christ and practical support.
